Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for balance or as a prop in modified yoga poses. It can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all ages, abilities and experience levels. Carol creates a warm and friendly atmosphere for you to learn and enjoy yoga, and with continued practice you will see and feel huge benefits to your general fitness and mobility.
