Beginners & All levels yoga class

Beginners and all levels vinyasa yoga class, taking you through a series of yoga postures (asanas). I will talk you through the class giving you to confidence to relax and enjoy it and really focus on yourself for the hour. As the weeks go on you will see the benefits both physically and mentally. Come along and give it a try. Yoga really is for everyone.
